ABOUT LITTERBUG KING
Hello,
My name is Anthony Johnson, the Litterbug King. I want to thank you first and foremost for taking the time to visit my page.
This is my redemption story and I want you to be a part of it. Over the course of my life, I have experienced the definition of “rock bottom”, but it is because of the unconditional love of God and my savior, our Lord Jesus Christ, that I stand today.
I think back on my life, when I was up, when I had peace, I was in the business of serving others. I got my first break when I landed a janitoral job at Florida International University.
Part of my redemption story is being able to serve others and the kingdom of God. The Holy Spirit put it on my heart to restore the earth by eliminating trash. Through this mission, my life would be restored.
Here’s the beginning: In 1994 at the age of 27, I discovered my mother murdered in our home. That threw my life into a wormhole. Coping with the pain, I developed substance-abuse issues and became a heavy drinker. I’ve spent the last 20 years of my life homeless, sleeping in various places just to find shelter.
But the Lord’s love is so great that I know this is not how my story will end. This is a reconstruction of my life built on the foundation of my faith.
Today, I hope to start a business helping beauitfy areas by removing trash and cleaning exteriors. I hope I can work with you to clean your space.
